Yes. From the Diner is licensed/insured as a CFPM through the Minnesota Department of Health and operates out of a commercial kitchen.

All charcuterie plate orders are on a disposable, eco-friendly, palm leaf plate. You may choose to upgrade to a wood board made by our partner Cypress Designs.

We recommend placing your order as soon as you have a date in mind.

To ensure we can accommodate your order request, please place your order request at least 48 hrs in advance. Last minute order requests will be accommodated if possible.

Delivery is offered for orders within a 15 miles radius of Maple Grove, MN for a $10 fee.

Yes! Private classes require a minimum of 5 attendees.

The location can be at your home, office, or venue of choice. Please make sure to get permission from the venue.

Depending on class size, classes are 60-90 minutes.

Immediate planning takes place once an order is received or class is booked, refunds s are not available. Credits will be offered for any menu item or class.

All sizes are meant to be served as appetizer portions. Please size up for heartier portions.

We recommend eating your order the day of receiving it to enjoy it at its freshest.

Your order should be refrigerated when received and taken out 30 minutes prior to serving for ultimate flavor.
